Leading the development of three Epics and organizing 14+ Features for the Careers Portal Redesign of a Global Professional Services Company Platform, I collaborated with stakeholders to gather business and HR requirements, effectively managing project timelines and prioritizing backlogs across multiple workstreams. In a separate project for a Fortune 100 client in the manufacturing industry, I created and refined over 80 user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for eight features across 10 sprints for an E-Commerce project. This involved active collaboration in Agile ceremonies with UI/UX Designers and an offshore development scrum team, ensuring the successful execution of the project within defined timelines.
