Graphic Designer & Content Specialist // Data Engineer
Dale Nche is chaotic good in its purest form. He is an African American Black man from the DMV, a UMD Alum, the second oldest of his siblings and the first born son of two first generation Immigrant Parents. He is a Data Engineer, Web Designer, Researcher, Cultural Strategist, Diversity, Equity & Justice expert, and a Content Specialist. Over the past decade, he has developed various graphics, built and scaled teams, set product vision and influenced strategy for many companies such as Northrop Grumman, NIBC, UMD ARLIS and others. Currently Pathways of Data Systems Engineering at Northrop Grumman, Dale leads a cross-disciplinary work life dealing with Data Infrastructure, Graphics, Product Management, UX Research, and Product Design focused areas with the intent to develop customer centered global solutions. As a cultural strategist, he specializes in assessing, dismantling and rebuilding organizational cultures built on systems of oppression and white supremacy. Dale not only seeks to develop content, graphics and research but he also aims to work with leaders, organizations, and various clients as to develop people-centric strategies with clear, actionable steps to increase diversity, create more inclusive spaces and design more equitable systems.
