Develop For GoodJul 2020 - Mar 2022 • 1 yr 9 mos-Led a design team of 6 associates to produce TPI Leap, an app focused on mentorship -Designed wireframes, prototypes, low, mid, and high-fidelity designs using Figma for features on TPI Leap -Performed qualitative research such as user interviews on 6 subjects to guarantee usability and accessibility -Completed observational research on 4 individuals to better understand the problem space for more informed design decisions -Improved the information architecture by increasing the clarity of the user flow of the app Conducted competitive analysis of similar mentorship programs such as ADPList
