Part 2: AI meets Sikoia’s dashboard

The project focuses on enhancing Sikoia's dashboard through AI integration for efficient AML/PEPs/Sanctions analysis and affordability calculations. Sikoia streamlines verification by aggregating identity checks, credit evaluations, and financial document analysis. Users manually review extensive data, facing challenges with the volume of articles and the manual verification of financial documents for affordability checks. Sikoia’s Design System

I conceptualised their checklist feature, designing it from inception to completion (0 → 1), which streamlined the decision-making process. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in integrating AI (ChatGPT) into the dashboard, enabling the summarization of media/PEPs articles and the extraction of insights from income and other financial documents; and built their design system. I lead all aspects of the design process: ● Lead the end-to-end design experience, covering all aspects of the design process from discovery and ideation to testing and implementation. ● Built and maintained UI components and design system in collaboration with the front-end team. ● Design mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate features and solutions to stakeholders, to designing high fidelity designs in Figma for dev handover. ● Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and user testing sessions.

During my tenure, I’ve improved and increased their customer satisfaction metric from mid-70% to 95%. I also managed a team of freelance designers (STXNext) based in Poland. ● Spearheaded a green-field project that opened up a new product vertical and revenue stream for the company. ● Worked closely with the Chief Product Officer, product manager and other stakeholders in building the product and its features. ● Design mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate features and solutions to stakeholders, to designing high fidelity designs in Figma for dev handover. ● Guide and coach other designers and non-designers to uplift their design thinking capabilities.
