At CB Insights, I partnered with enterprise clients across financial services, CPG, tech, and healthcare. I began in strategic outreach and business development, then moved into customer success for 160+ accounts. I worked closely with executive stakeholders to drive renewals, expansion, and long-term adoption, contributing to more than $1M in ARR and helping shape GenAI product launches.
In my most recent role launching a new regional office, I led full-cycle growth strategy including market development, strategic partnerships, and operational build-out. I guided a high-performing team through ambiguity and change, and this experience reinforced my ability to scale new initiatives quickly and sustainably.
Across every chapter, my focus has been creating ecosystems that combine structure, innovation, and human connection, driving impact while keeping people and purpose at the center.
