Cisco SystemsMar 2021 - Jun 2021 • 3 mosI directed a team of 12 UX consultants through an iterative, agile approach to redesign an intranet system, which effectively streamlined internal FP&A communications taking in account usage of Oracle and Salesforce platforms. My team presented a 61-page User Research Report containing 50+ research insights to teams in San Jose and Poland. We received glowing client reviews. OpenmealOct 2020 - Feb 2021 • 4 mosOpenMeal is an online platform funded by generous donors allowing those in need to order food from family-owned restaurants. I designed numerous social media ads, paid Facebook ads, Mailchimp templates, a native blog site, and three client decks containing 300+ professional visual slides on Google Slides and Figma, keeping in mind how SEO, Google Ads, OpenMeal branding, and UX/UI interact. Through our efforts, OpenMeal was featured on NBC News and acquired by the state of Nevada.
