Ces produits sont élaborés par des artisans respectueux de leur environnement naturel. Certains sont disponibles dans les supermarchés ou épiceries fines et d'autres ne se retrouvent qu'en boutique uniquement sur place. Dès notre pré-lancement, nous avons constaté un grand potentiel et un réel intérêt pour un tel projet dans la région du SaguenayLac-Saint-Jean.
