Redesigning the Visual Design of Uber's In-App Communication

As part of a UX fellowship program I completed through America On Tech, I decided to address user issues when interacting with the rideshare app Uber. Through user testing, I learned that users were unable to promptly see when they received a text from their assigned driver and had trouble navigating to the in-app communication platform. These issues were corrected through a redesign of the app that focused on making the communication buttons and notifications more prominent and user-friendly.See More
