However, If I can enable people to find community and learn skills that improve their quality of life? That's what makes a fulfilling career. At KeyBank, I used my passion for financial literacy to design customizable Wealth Planning and Retirement Planning dashboards that distill key information and teach financial literacy to advisors and clients alike. In my freelance work, I've helped companies like Refold and WorldsAcross build Community Hubs, harmonize their design systems, and streamline their platforms to build trust with users.

KeyBankNov 2022 - Dec 2023 • 1 yr 2 mos- Designed KeyBank's newest Wealth Management and Retirement Planning experiences, projecting millions of dollars in future savings through the transition away from third-party financial software. - Led the transformation of design testing strategy across four cross-functional teams at KeyBank, resulting in significant improvements in performance measurement maturity and turnaround of testing outcomes. - Designed high-visibility digital communications distributed to more than 500,000 clients, leading to a 6x increase in account upgrades from prior communication efforts. - Contributed to KeyBank’s enterprise-level component, illustration, and animation library, facilitating the expansion of the design system into new mediums and improving brand consistency.
