With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio - Painting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I have transitioned from the arts to a dynamic career in technology and marketing. Currently, I lead Marketing Automation Services and Strategy at Motiva AI, where I leverage cutting-edge machine learning to optimize B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. As President of Palimpsest Solutions since 2017, I oversee operations and strategic growth. My previous roles include Sr. Technology Lead and Developer at Tegrita, where I managed technical teams and developed marketing automation solutions. Projects

GDPR Email Compliance Project

Since just prior to the release of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) I have designed, implemented, and improved a compliance solution for B2B email marketing. I delivered this service to a number of clients both large and small. Recently, I worked on the latest iteration for a Fortune 100 tech company. Adhering to the GDPR was not only a requirement but the organization understood the importance of honoring the regulation for their customers. This project was both rewarding and challenging. The existing solution I had needed to be tailored to the client's needs. This meant discussions with a number of stakeholders, collecting feedback, and several iterations on the design. Once the solution was implemented rigorous testing needed to be completed. Once launched, the solution also required (and continues to require) active monitoring and occasional enhancements. The solution has handled millions of records to-date. I leveraged my technical expertise working in Marketing Technology, client-facing acumen, and test-driven implementation skills on this project. Additionally, the client has been able to use my solution enabling them to both resolve complaints and better market to their customers. Throughout this project I learned more about creating partnerships within an organization and that no solution is ever complete.
