Novaro CapitalJun 2023 - Present • 1 yr 5 mos• Co-founded and conceptualized Novaro, a real estate startup, leading to the inception of Novaro Capital, a collaboration between the original Novaro team and experienced US property developers. • Solely crafted Novaro's entire brand identity, including logo design and visual assets, creating a memorable brand image. • Produce captivating pitch decks for investors, combining knowledge of visual design fundamentals such as typography, layout and color theory with compelling content to effectively communicate Novaro's value proposition and growth potential. • Designed and built Novaro Capital’s website and Investor Portal (currently in development) from the ground up, optimizing user experience and interface design for seamless navigation and engagement. • Led the establishment of influential social media channels, leveraging innovative content strategies through AI that generated an impressive 50 million+ total views and amassed over 250,000+ organic followers within a month.

Alexander's property management software, which accommodates over 10,000 properties and is regularly accessed by 200+ employees. • Conducted extensive user research, such as 9 individual user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to create multiple iterations of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Worked alongside developers and marketers to ensure design implementation was faithful to the original design vision and met the desired standards of quality and usability. Reduced bug reports by 50% through conducting regular design reviews and providing clear design specifications for development team.
