In my role as Development and Operations Manager at DC Central Kitchen, I worked in direct collaboration and thought partnership with the Chief Development Officer, Director of Development, and Director of Communications to provide leadership and support in departmental strategic planning and execution, data hygiene and best practice, team management, external partnership relations, grant and reporting writing, tracking and management, and financial reconciliation to support our general operating and social enterprise efforts as well as fundraising for a successful $35 million capital campaign. This flexibility, along with my motivation to provide meaningful and mission-driven results, reflect my diverse organizational skillset, including management, technical and development writing, interpersonal communications, and the ability to prioritize complex and multifaceted tasks.
