MTA ITMar 2022 - Present • 2 yrs 8 mos- Tested IT Intranet website for design and usability improvements and implemented them by creating wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. - Supported the MTA IT team in designing new features for the MTA TrainTime app by participating in weekly design stand-ups and brainstorming new user flows for each user case and story for the app.
