I've trained as a mixed-methods marketing and consumer researcher, but as of recently have moved into the UX field where I thought I'd apply my skills to CX and UX research. Customer Ops Tracker

I've designed, helped build and managed a tracker for our customer operations team. We were drowning in customer sign ups, requests, previews, and ongoing comms. The whole process was a mess. By pulling everything into a unified tracker, we were able to reduce unanswered emails to zero, to enhance team collaboration by having a single source of truth, cut down on SLAs and generally improve the customer experience with us.
