Software Engineer: Passionate about using tech for the public good

Hi! I'm Sandy, a current sophomore at Wellesley College majoring in Computer Science. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and make a positive impact in my community. This potential was made evident to me through my participation in a project where I collaborated to build a website connecting campus volunteers with students affected by Covid in order to provide essential supplies such as food and medicine. I am inspired by the endless possibilities engineering provides. Currently, I am collaborating on a carpooling website to allow ride-sharing between students on my campus, and am very excited for what the project can hold. I hope to bring this same passion to your organization as well!
