A brand is a story that unfolds across all customer touchpoints whether informing, educating, or persuading the customers. I am passionate about not only defining and articulating that story, but also developing and implementing integrated marketing plans which companies can utilize to tell that story and maximize their reach.
We are living in an exhilarating time where you can reach millions of people through so many different channels. So, to build a brand, you need to identify the right audience and craft the right story. I believe that the only way to stay relevant is to keep learning, and in the era of digital marketing there is always something new & exciting!!
My passion for creativity & communication drew me to marketing and research, and later towards digital marketing. My career experiences & skills have grown by working on projects & clients across a range of industries, including FMCG & Retail, Healthcare, Financial services, Education, Art & Entertainment and Technology. Recently, I also got an opportunity to be a part of Communitech’s Digital Main Street program to support SMEs to transform their business and digitalise their presence as a Digital Marketer. In this role, I had the opportunity to track KPI & develop strategies to meet the business needs. I also, could leverage my digital skills by establishing, redesigning the social presence for several SME’s. Some of my previous experiences includes being on the marketing team for MX Advertising and working with the team on various project.
Key Projects:
• CADINI: Researched still photos for TVC shoot.
• Aptech Ltd: Designed caricature for company event & researched collaterals for advertisement & promotions.
• Millennium Herbal Care: Conducted market & product research for pre-branding events.
• Parkway Pharmacy: Acted as point of contact & redesigned the Facebook presence for the brand. Also, increased their social presence by setting up & handling Instagram by designing customised social media templates, yearly social media content calendar & content for the posts.
• Papillex: Designed social media template for the existing as well as upcoming products. Delivered a well researched list of SEO’s & clubs to collaborate with for marketing campaigns. Yearly social media calendar & monthly strategies to increase their social presence.
• Dreamscapes Rideau: Designed all Facebook & Instagram assets. Also, suggested seasonal gift card templates, social media calendar, social posts/ video & guides.
