-Guided the nonprofit Eleven Madison Park Foundation on how to operate a financially sustainable food truck to tackle food insecurity in the Queensbridge Houses neighborhood, with a team of pro bono consultants over the course of a semester -Defined food insecurity and analyzed its severity across NYC using both quantitative and qualitative data, focusing on the preferences of the target community to identify how the client could maximize impact -Conducted interviews with several experts on food insecurity involved in existing models of solutions, as well as surveys with members of the target neighborhood -Recommended the creation of SNAP eligible meal kits after 6 weeks and briefed with the client regularly in the weeks following for feedback and sharing updates -Organized and provided the client with a 50 page report of findings including the detailed step by step solution, projected financials, and considerations for potential risks for the final recommendationSee More
