This was a final presentation for the course 'Strategic Problem Solving' at Babson College, which had a group of students including myself perform an analysis of a publicly traded companies state of affairs during the COVID-19 pandemic, and provide recommendations on how to drive business success. The core question for our project was the following: How can Nintendo maintain its financial success brought about by their flagship console the Nintendo Switch and COVID-19’s stay at home protocol, while having to contend with a new generation of competitor hardware and evolving online gaming ecosystems?
