Projects

Get Fish Slapped Web Redesign & Development

Get Fish Slapped is a marketing agency based in Sebring, FL. The owner reached out after connecting on a Facebook Entrepreneur group about needing an updated site that provides a higher conversion rate and engages their viewers leading to a high click-through rate. I updated their color palette to be ADA Compliant and to add a bit more pop to their website. I also updated their logo icon so it was more legible. I created all their icons and animated them to add subtle movement to the website. This site was prototyped prior to the build to ensure the overall flow guided the user to the appropriate channels to convert. Once the prototype was approved, I built the site in Wordpress using a combination of the Divi builder and custom CSS to create the customized site. Fan Funnel for TipTree.io

TipTree.io wanted to create a QR Code for fans to scan during local shows with a few goals in mind. 1. Increase tip percentages for local musicians: due to the increase of a cashless world, local musicians are reporting a major hit with their tips during shows. With a QR Code being displayed on table tents at their shows, they can initiate a secure, cashless tip transaction for fans. Musicians who utilize this feature of TipTree.io have reported a higher tip percentage between 10%-12%. 2. Increase social media followers: Social media marketing is one of the quickest and cost effective ways of reaching a musicians audience. By placing social media icons on this fan funnel, it makes it simple for fans to navigate to social pages and hit the follow button to keep up with the artist. 3. Build an email marketing list: Many musicians on the TipTree.io platform don't understand how to build and utilize an email marketing list. Their focus is where it should be - on the music. With this fan funnel, artists can collect their fans name, email, and phone number and use that information to target fans and advertise future shows, album drops, single downloads, and merch. The value of this list is indescribable. *The project URL is the approved Figma design. To see this in action, you will need to attend a TipTree.io artists performance live. See More

Flighty Fowl Branding & Web Design

Proclaimed the best mother-cluckin' chicken in the west, Flighty Fowl was in the market for a fun and engaging brand that stood out in a sea of food trucks. The owner wanted to have a mascot logo involving a bird with an aviator helmet, and wanted to use warm colors. They got a full brand identity and web design with me which included: Logo Color Palette Typography Iconography Patterns Truck Wrap Design Menu Design Web Design & Dev This site was prototyped using XD and built using EditorX in Wix. The client opted to manage the site on their own after a tutorial. Software: Adobe XD Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign WixSee More

TheraTec Website Redesign

The Challenge: Their old site was created by Bullseye Media in Minnesota. It was riddled with both visual design errors and user experience errors. Their sales people reported visitors were confused by their site and didn’t understand the technology TheraTec had to offer. The solution: I scraped the entire design created by Bullseye Media. Their new site design is branded properly and shows the technology they talk about, rather than showing images that had nothing to do with their business. We focused on providing information based on research to improve their conversion and the overall visual design. Their target audience: PT Clinicians. Tools Used: Figma Adobe Illustrator Spline 3D Blender Webflow (website dev platform) See More

Restore Neuro Rehab Site Design & Dev

Restore Neuro Rehab is a clinic located in Illinois. They got most of their clients from word of mouth, but recently had a lot of clients asking about a website so they could explore the services they have to offer, get to know the clinicians, and share it with their friends. They already had their logo and some branding items in place. I enhanced their color palette so it would be ADA Compliant, and created illustrations for their site. A few of these illustrations were animated to add a bit more movement to the site and to add a visual to the content that was provided. The site was prototyped with the goal being to get viewers to submit a form inquiry. Platforms: Figma Procreate Webflow Adobe Illustrator See More

Advanced Recovery SpecialistsFull-time EmployeeSep 2021 - Oct 2023 • 2 yrs 2 mosAdvanced Recovery Specialists is a small medical device supply company. They also own several small companies under their umbrella that aim to spread awareness to patients about how to obtain medical equipment from your physician, and how it works with your insurance. My role covered a lot of areas in design including: website design and development, social media marketing strategy, product design and prototyping, print marketing design, interactive form design, and branding. When I came on-board, they lacked an overall brand and had no consistency making it difficult to make a lasting impression on their audience. I redesigned their logo, created a brand guide, established a social media strategy, and developed a website. This lead to an increase in their presence online which lead to an increase in their leads. After having been there for nearly a year, the owner wanted me to get more involved in their product development. They decided to branch out of distribution and offer their own medical device solutions for at-home therapy. I began the product design process with sketches to scale and built 3D models in Blender to send to the 3D printer so they could create a live 3D model of the product. Once my involvement grew from web and branding designer to UX/UI Designer & Product Designer, I decided to implement a project management system for the company to help improve communication across all the vastly different projects I had going at one time. I opted to implement a Trello board. The owner loved how I set this up and opted to implement the project management system company wide - across all departments to help cutdown on miscommunication between staff and ensure patient care was at the top of the list.
