Product Manager | AI & Emerging Technologies Expert | Berkeley Haas MBA | Ex-Apple

Product Manager specializing in AI-driven products, with experience spanning 0→1 launches, large-scale platform optimization, and emerging tech like agentic AI, LLM evaluation, and RAG systems. I’ve led projects that reimagined core user experiences, from building multi-agent architectures that cut support escalations by double digits, to launching consumer apps with six-figure adoption in their first months. My approach blends hands-on technical fluency with a focus on usability, impact, and speed to market.

AI Customer Support Agent - Trilogy

Trilogy is a B2B software company serving Fortune 500 enterprises across diverse industries. To improve customer experience and reduce support costs, I led the 0→1 development of an AI-powered customer support agent. Defined product vision, success metrics, and roadmap, then partnered with engineering to fine-tune a base LLM on 36M+ historical support messages, cutting ticket escalations by 65%. Built a multi-source RAG pipeline with LangChain and vector databases, retrieving context from manuals, contracts, and account history to reduce hallucinations by 30%. Designed an API-based tool framework and orchestration logic to automate high-volume workflows like account creation and access management, reducing handling time by 28%. Developed a prompt engineering framework and conversational persona, A/B tested tone and flow, and drove a 20-point CSAT lift.See More

alpha.school — AI-Driven Personalized Learning Platform

Trilogy incubated alpha.school, an AI-native school campuses across the US designed to operate without human teachers by delivering fully personalized instruction. As Product Manager for data and insights, I led the integration of multiple educational tools and learning management systems via secure APIs, enabling continuous ingestion of granular student activity data, time-on-task, content interaction, and assessment outcomes. Designed data processing pipelines to clean, normalize, and enrich this multi-source data for downstream analysis. Developed analytics models to identify performance patterns, pinpoint knowledge gaps, and surface behavioral trends tied to learning outcomes. Translated these insights into personalized, actionable recommendations for students, automatically delivered through the platform to guide their next learning steps. This closed-loop feedback system improved engagement and accelerated skill mastery in early user testing.See More

Subscription Management Optimization at Apple

Conducted 80+ stakeholder interviews, usability research, and journey mapping to optimize subscription management settings impacting over 400M users. Prioritized improvements that cut flow time from 48h to 15m. Aligned design and engineering to define UX requirements in user profile management flow for Apple Services payments team, driving a forecasted 15% reduction in churn rate and $30M savings in support costs.See More

Auto Insurance App with Telematics

TBC Insurance is the digital arm of TBC Group, one of Georgia’s largest financial institutions. To modernize auto insurance and shift customers to digital channels, I led the end-to-end development of the company’s first mobile auto insurance app. Defined the product roadmap, authored user stories, and coordinated a 16-person agile team from concept through launch. Designed a photo-based claims triage flow using computer vision APIs to automate over 70% of claim registrations. Integrated biometric verification APIs to enable fully remote policy purchase and claims, eliminating branch visits and ensuring GDPR compliance. Embedded analytics to track behavior across onboarding and claims, using funnel and cohort analysis to prioritize roadmap iterations. The app achieved 152K+ downloads within the first year—190% above target—and drove $13M in additional digital sales.See More

AI-Driven Photo-Based Claims Triage — TBC Insurance

TBC Insurance, part of the FTSE 250–listed TBC Group, sought to modernize claims handling by reducing manual intake and speeding up resolution times. I led the design and launch of an AI-driven, photo-based claims triage system within the company’s mobile app. Partnered with UX and computer vision teams to create an intuitive flow where customers could submit damage photos via the app. Integrated third-party computer vision APIs to automatically assess damage severity and route claims accordingly. Designed A/B tests to evaluate flow variations, achieving automation of over 70% of claims registrations without compromising accuracy. Embedded analytics to monitor completion rates, drop-offs, and decision quality, feeding insights into iterative improvements. The system significantly reduced operational load, improved customer experience, and became a core differentiator in TBC’s digital offering.See More

Biometric Verification API Integration - TBC Insurance

At TBC Insurance, I led the integration of biometric verification APIs to enable fully remote policy purchase and claims processing. This initiative was part of a broader digital transformation strategy to eliminate in-branch requirements and expand market reach. Managed vendor selection and technical due diligence, ensuring the chosen solution met both performance benchmarks and GDPR compliance requirements. Designed the end-to-end customer journey, embedding biometric checks seamlessly into onboarding and claims flows without adding friction. Collaborated with engineering to implement secure API architecture and with legal/privacy teams to ensure regulatory alignment. The launch eliminated the need for physical branch visits, improved conversion rates, and drove $13M in additional digital sales within the first year.See More
