CommaZero – Fintech Startup In the early days of CommaZero, a bulk payment app for small businesses and freelancers, I collaborated closely with the startup founder to define the product’s vision and user experience. I led the design of the initial website and worked on early wireframes for the mobile app, helping shape the core customer journey — from onboarding to managing and scheduling multiple payments. My focus was on making a complex financial workflow feel simple, intuitive, and trustworthy from the very first touchpoint.See More

Co-op – E-commerce Experience Optimisation

At Co-op, I worked on improving the Freezer Filler deal journey across both desktop and mobile platforms. One of the key challenges was that the deal was postcode-restricted, and users outside eligible areas were hitting a dead end — leading to high drop-off rates and frustrated users. To solve this, I redesigned the flow to intelligently redirect ineligible users to relevant pages, such as alternative offers or nearby store promotions. This created a smoother experience and encouraged continued engagement rather than abandonment. As a result, we saw an increase in overall page traffic and a notable drop in exits from the deal page — improving the upward journey for users who previously hit a blocker.See More
