Challenge: A Toronto-based massage studio tasked me with increasing their online bookings from Google Ads while also lowing their cost per acquisition. Utilizing Google Search & Demand Gen campaigns, I was able to lower than CPA by 66% from their previous agency. Solution: After doing extensive research and an audit on their old campaigns, I created new campaigns that focused on each service in their target area. Using both Google Search and Demand Gen campaigns, users were introduced the brand and led down the funnel. Creative testing, weekly search term reports, and additional conversion tracking set up really helped this account grow to where it is today! We were able to hit the new goal within 6 weeks of launching the new campaigns. Results: We were able to get a 66% lower cost per booking for the client! Challenge: This Austin-based printing business tasked me with auditing 2 of their current accounts before their high-season to find efficiencies and give recommendations. These accounts had over 80 campaigns with $1M in monthly spend combined. This included Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. Solution: After going through the below categories, a recommendation and action plan was put together based on findings to easily outline recommendations.
