I designed the first-ever return flow for Dasher Shop and Deliver, a channel that had never had one. The problem was $9M+ in annual fraud from Dashers claiming items were undeliverable and keeping them. The challenge wasn't just the UX—it was navigating payment edge cases, all possible dash states, and a "Return Now vs. Return Later" decision framework that had to work across wildly different real-world scenarios.
