I managed social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). I developed and reported on advertisements on Google and Facebook. I also created reports for social media analytics and donor/donation analytics such as deciphering various levels of donorship, monthly donation updates, and comparisons to previous years/periods. I developed and managed press releases and email campaigns. I was the go-to person to update all client websites on WordPress and Squarespace along with creating graphics for websites. I copywrote and created graphics for various print and digital projects and managed contracted writers and designers to project completion. We also had begun working with AI to understand features that are valuable as they are developing. Through this position, I was tasked to learn how to use multiple data and communication programs such as Agency Analytics, SproutSocial, Hubspot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Network for Good, Neon CRM, Little Green Light, and Bloomerang.
