Public Hazard App & Dashboard

Empowering 14,000+ Con Edison employees to keep their service territories safe. Con Edison employees are required to report public hazards such as manhole fires and downed electrical wires while on the job or off-the-clock within the company’s service territories. The current method of reporting (calling a toll-free number) involves long wait times sometimes up to 3 hours which leads to non-reporting. The challenge was to create a product from scratch that empowers all Con Edison employees to easily report public safety hazards, along with a tool to track and triage those reports.See More
