Enterprise Design System

During my time on Con Edison’s Digital Factory team as a Senior UI Designer and now as a Product Design Lead, I collaborated with the Coded-Component Library (CCL) team to carry out our mission to grow and enrich the system, further empowering our end-users and consumers with robust, feature-rich full-stack utilities, coded components, and improved accessibility. Public Hazard App & Dashboard

Empowering 14,000+ Con Edison employees to keep their service territories safe. Con Edison employees are required to report public hazards such as manhole fires and downed electrical wires while on the job or off-the-clock within the company’s service territories. The current method of reporting (calling a toll-free number) involves long wait times sometimes up to 3 hours which leads to non-reporting. The challenge was to create a product from scratch that empowers all Con Edison employees to easily report public safety hazards, along with a tool to track and triage those reports.See More

Orchestrated the design and successful launch of a 0 to 1 enterprise product, garnering adoption from over 14,000 users and potentially saving the organization a minimum of $250,000 per reported safety hazard. Formulated strategic product direction for the Enterprise Design System and other products, leveraging insights from in-app surveys and user feedback to drive enhancements and feature advancements.
