Hi, my name is Amy! I'm a current undergrad at Georgia Insitute of Technology with a passion for health/fitness and am a lover of effective skincare, inclusive women's health, and various genres of music! My passion for health/fitness sprouted after struggling with my relationship with food/fitness for 7 years. Since then, I aim to educate others about harmful diet culture, the importance of nutrition/wellness, and nutrition/fitness myths!
