Designed the user experience and branding of Postdrip, leveraging AI tools to create an Instagram DM automation platform to passively grow SMS lists for Instagram businesses. Miller Teamwork/Collaboration category at the UMSI Expo from this work. - Designed and prototyped a high-fidelity electronic health record in Figma, communicating with developers for implementation. - Conducted in-depth user interviews and research across clinician, billing, and counseling stakeholder groups to inform UX requirements. - Led comparative/competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, and usability testing, presenting actionable findings to company VPs.
