Efficient Project Management for Regional Projects in Croatia

As the project manager for "KAKO SIJEŠ, TAKO ĆEŠ I ŽETI," I've been leading the charge on a regional initiative in Vukovar-Srijem County, generously funded by the Ministry of Regional Development and the European Union. From brainstorming sessions to the nitty-gritty details, I've been the mastermind behind gathering requirements, sculpting the project scope, and crafting a work breakdown structure (WBS) that's as solid as a rock. With meticulous precision, I've mapped out schedules, estimated resources, and ensured that every cog in the wheel turns seamlessly. It's been a whirlwind of excitement and strategy, all in the pursuit of turning visions into reality and sowing the seeds of success for the future!See More

Sustainability Architect: Steering EU Projects Toward a Greener

As the driving force behind multiple EU projects focused on youth exchange, I've workd on different initiatives aimed at igniting passion and action in the realms of environmental stewardship and social entrepreneurship. From leading efforts to clean the local river Bosut to orchestrating innovative recycling campaigns, my role as the project manager has been both dynamic and impactful. Through adept writing and strategic assistance, I've empowered young minds to become agents of change, fostering a culture of sustainability and community engagement that extends far beyond project boundaries.See More
