End-to-End Customer Onboarding - Weeks to 5 Minutes

Hourly's customer onboarding ran entirely through email with no structure, no tracking, and no ownership across teams. Manual pricing overrides caused revenue leakage, and commissions were paid before leads actually converted. I led the full discovery, strategy, and design interviewing Sales, Compliance, CSM, and banking partners and redesigned the entire flow as a guided in-app experience integrating four third-party services (Plaid, Persona, DocuSign, CheckHQ) into one seamless product. The result: onboarding time dropped from weeks to ~5 minutes, commission losses from unverified leads went to $0, and 94%+ customer retention was maintained throughout. See More

Internal Ops Platform - 3 Teams, 1 System, 0 Email Handoffs

Sales, Compliance, and Customer Success at Hourly each operated in silos email threads, disputed Excel spreadsheets, and no shared view of the customer lifecycle. I led product and design strategy for an internal operations platform that unified all three roles into a single system. I made the strategic call to build on Ant Design rather than extend the customer-facing design system, enabling faster development and clean separation. Each role got a purpose-built view - TSMs got real-time pipeline and commission transparency, Compliance got a structured intake queue with full audit trail, and CSMs received complete customer context before their first interaction. Building Paletta as a solo founder. An AI-native color palette generator for designers and developers. I own the entire product: UX, UI, product strategy, and full-stack implementation using React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Stripe, and Claude AI. This project represents a different dimension of my work by not just leading design teams but shipping a real product end to end.
