Experienced Product Designer | UI/UX Specialist

I have over 7 years of experience, ranging from small organizations to global corporations in the B2B SaaS space, which has allowed me the opportunity to work with a variety of team sizes and structures, and a wide range in complexity of projects and products. The majority of my experience has been during my 6 years at Workday, an enterprise software company that provides applications for finance and human resources. During my time there I served as the primary designer on 3 different products, owning end-to-end design processes from initial research to concept exploration and iteration to delivery and validation. Outside of work you can find me learning Spanish, climbing, dancing and traveling.

Workday Media Redesign

Media is a video product that allows users to create and publish videos across different areas of Workday with the goal of providing engaging media experiences throughout a user’s journey in Workday and helping applications differentiate their offerings. During my time on Media as the product designer, I focused on both the video authoring and viewer experiences, with a primary focus on reimagining video authoring to increase admin users’ productivity, video usage and engagement across different application areas. Worksheets Templates Experience

Worksheets is a collaborative spreadsheet product that has unique features to integrate with Workday data. One of those feature sets is called Templates. Templates allows users to create custom workbooks with workday data integrations and distribute them out as an instance that would only run with the data based on the user’s security permissions. I served as the lead Worksheets designer throughout the duration of this project, focusing on the templates creator and consumer experiences within Worksheets. Workday Media Video Editor

Media is a video product that allows users to create and publish videos across different areas of Workday with the goal of providing engaging media experiences throughout a user’s journey in Workday and helping applications differentiate their offerings. During my time on Media as the product designer, I focused on both the video authoring and viewer experiences, with a primary focus on reimagining video authoring to increase admin users’ productivity, video usage and engagement across different application areas. We received feedback from multiple users that they needed a simple video editor within the Media product that would allow them to split, trim and join video clips. We did not want to overcomplicate this video editor or try to compete with more robust video editing apps, so I focused on a simple design based on the features users requested.See More

CIO Dashboard Concept

The CIO Dashboard was a side project outside of my regular product responsibilities. The intent of this dashboard was to go one step beyond data analytics and provide actionable insights on business processes and data privacy and security. The dashboard showed scores for characteristics such as efficiency for business processes or risks for security as well as the drivers behind them. It would then make recommendations on what action should be taken, if applicable.
