Minerva Schools at KGI Jun 2019 - Apr 2021 • 1 yr 11 mos1. I spearheaded the pilot release and full-launch of Minerva School's first community management platform on Hivebrite. I conducted various user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis to derive user insights, that were fed back into iterating on the product. I also led the user-onboarding sessions for the product, and provided continued technical support for it. Currently, over 1000 people from all over the world use this platform as the university's main communication channel. 2. I also managed the university's intranet website - The Hub - created on Wordpress by making content and design-related changes as required by different teams and departments.L

With the advent of the pandemic, their operations went online and they were struggling to reach high-end customers online. I completely redesigned their website to reflect their premium food brand, and within one month, they were able to get their desired type of customers in Europe.J
