Workflow Labs: The 0-1 Startup Journey

I was the VP of Experience & Design at Workflow Labs, an eCommerce automation startup dedicated to taking the mundanity out of eCommerce management. It would be a shorter list to list out what role I *didn't* do -- I led the entire end-to-end product design lifecycle beginning at writing requirements, ticketing them for designers and developers, designing them, collaborating across the organization to get stakeholder approval, working with development, and leading UAT sessions to ensure the features were up to our high quality bar. I helped the startup gain many paying clients and close a funding round. See More

Vori Health: Onboarding & Checkout

Vori Health wanted to decrease the friction for prospective leads that were looking to convert to paying customers by allowing them to go through a self-pay process. I collaborated across the organization to create a checkout flow that would allow customers to sign up and schedule treatment immediately. I collaborated with stakeholders, product managers, clinicians, designers, and developers to understand the complexities of Vori’s current offering across the US and translated that into different flows for desktop, mobile, and iOs and Android apps. There were many branches that we had to visualize. The updated onboarding decreased customer dropoff and increased conversion. See More
