Empress Restaurant GroupDec 2021 - Oct 2022 • 11 mos- Regularly update and maintain the 4 Empress brand websites; ensure information is accurate, menu items are to date, and all the website-POS system integrations are linked and active. - Create, design, and revise all menus for the 5 different venues while cultivating and establishing the individual brand’s tones. - Design all Print Marketing (posters, magazines and news prints) to promote specials, holidays, parties and new restaurant openings. - Generate Weekly Analytic Reports in order to track different marketing tools and to evaluate their success in outreach and revenue. - Collaborate with the Beverage Director and Executive Chef to plan, design and execute specials and event menus. - Manage customer relations from our own websites as well as multiple third-party sites (Yelp, Google, Instagram, Facebook). - Spearheaded the ‘Launch Plan’ used in the latest Empress restaurant grand opening, which has far exceeded initial expectations.
