Freelance Software Engineer

- Developed an interactive Next.js dashboard that helps wellness coordinators visualize and analyze the efficacy of ergonomic care resources provided to employees through the mobile app, resulting in a successful launch with a banking company that praised the platform's usability and visual insights - Integrated the OneSignal API and a custom CMS into an existing Express.js backend, empowering administrators to tailor and schedule in-app notifications and mobile app content, which helped to greatly increase user engagement - Created a Next.js dashboard that used Apache Airflow pipeline data to generate interactive visualizations of social media sentiment and related discussions surrounding queried topics, leading to successful adoption by internal researchers

Software Engineer Intern

May 2021 - Aug 2021 • 4 mos-Leveraged detail oriented skills through manual QA testing in order to detect and thoroughly document bugs before they reached production - Implemented an event bus in Apex to leverage the speed of asynchronicity in the development of an AppExchange application that automates manual administrative tasks - Utilized Slack's Node.js SDK and familiarity with Pub/Sub architecture patterns to develop a bot that improves the UX when performing common workflows such as the creation of project resource proposals - Spearheaded the implementation of modular software design in all assigned projects which allowed fellow teammates to easily work on isolated features and allowed for far more manageable and readable code
