From the early stages of the company to its remarkable growth, I played a pivotal role in scaling the engineering team from scratch to over 30 talented engineers. Together, we built a cutting-edge social media listening platform that enabled brands to analyze and understand people's opinions. One of the most significant accomplishments during my tenure at Crowd Analyzer was the development of a sophisticated ecosystem comprising 80+ microservices, 150+ components, and 200+ shared libraries in Node.JS. This architecture allowed us to handle massive data volumes and deliver real-time insights to our clients. To address scalability challenges, we developed our own microservices framework and database drivers, ensuring high performance and seamless scalability. Quality and best practices were at the forefront of our engineering efforts. We implemented rigorous code review processes to enforce design patterns and SOLID principles, ensuring a maintainable and robust codebase. We also emphasized automated testing, achieving 95%+ test coverage through unit and integration tests.
