Problem Statement: AtliQ Mart is currently facing a problem where a few key customers did not extend the annual contract due to service issues. Management wants to fix this issue before expanding to other cities and requested their supply chain analytics team to track the ’On time’ and ‘In Full’ delivery service level for all the customers on a daily basis so that they can respond swiftly to these issues. Task: 1.Create the metrics according to the metrics list. 2.Create a dashboard according to the requirements provided by stakeholders in the business review meeting. Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India Pvt LtdMar 2022 - Dec 2022 • 10 mos• Conducted project analysis, financial data and risk management analysis, and visualization of MIS and various accruals based financial statements • Specifying relationships between different databases (PI Server for operational data and MySQL for financial data ) as part of data modelling in Power BI and Excel to develop dashboards and reports in Power BI/Excel. For example, developed a customer profitability report which uses financial information from MySQL and operational information from the PI server to decide whether to renew the contracts with that customer or not, so that the users do not need to go forth and back to get the required data to drive the decision. • Developed a package identifying relevant text or numbers in a bill (scanned pdf document) using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and Pytesseract technique in python.
