AI Recovery Mode: Led user experience design for zero-maintenance test runs, enabling AI to intervene at points of failure and generate recovery actions, ensuring uninterrupted execution. AI Block: Led user experience design for a novel test creation system, transforming plain English prompts into repeatable automated steps. Recording Mode: Working with the CEO in a discovery team, conducted user interviews, identified new customer segment, led product refresh, and iterated via frequent customer check-ins to create a test creation experience that records intents and interactions. Failed Tests: Led user experience design of an actionable start page that surfaces automation test failures previously buried a few clicks deep and lets customers quickly triage them. Test Branching: Led user experience design of a feature that gives users the ability to create and manage separate branches of automation tests, facilitating collaborative work without conflicts.
