As part of the Chips and Science Act 2022, the Microelectronics Commons Project is a contract with the United States government worth over $1 billion in contracting opportunities. I was responsible for building out the roster of organizations needed to help facilitate the reshoring of semiconductor production back to the United States from production facilities in East Asia. These organizations came from my organization's membership and through targeted outreach to semiconductor fabricators outside of our membership. See More
