Resulted in the product being able to capture additional market share and retain revenue growth (+$100 million) Production operations management ensuring 24x7 operation of real-time system to millions of customers world-wide ($10 million annual capital budget) Implemented managed service infrastructure in two Cloud data centres in Asia with auto-scaling for customer loads resulting in increased performance and both client and customer satisfaction. Shoppers Drug MartSep 2007 - Feb 2015 • 7 yrs 6 mosAs the Portfolio Director for the Infrastructure I was the steward of the assets that "IT uses to run IT" (hardware, OS, Network, SAN, etc) and the applications that IT uses (ITSM, schedulers, monitors, etc). My team scanned our vendors looking for End-of-Sale/Support/Life situations with our asset base and launched projects to remediate the situation. We solicited our internal customers to determine their satisfaction with the existing assets and remediated if there is a gap between what the asset was doing and what the customer wanted done. As the PCI Portfolio Director, I initiated projects to allow SDM to remain PCI Compliant.
