Virtual Assistant and Administrative Assistance
With a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Sweet Briar College and a Life Coaching Certificate from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, I have a strong foundation in both science and personal development. As the owner of 1901 Creative Solutions, I provide virtual assistant and social media management services to entrepreneurs, allowing them to focus on their business. Additionally, I own Her Musings On Life, a lifestyle blog focusing on chronic illness, personal development, and small business. Previously, I founded Cedar and Saltwater Co, an online boutique promoting self-expression, and The Brave Girl Collective, a boutique and online community for chronically ill and disabled women. During my tenure at The Sunday Series Blog/Life Coaching & Fiercely Empowhered Life Coaching, I wrote blog posts, coached female entrepreneurs, and supported chronically ill women. My diverse background allows me to blend science, coaching, and entrepreneurship to empower others.
