Currently working Siemax Limited as Organization Development Advisor. Siemax Limited offers internet services in the Eastern part of Nairobi, Kenya. Due to competitors that exist in the same market with my assistance we have been able to benchmark and create strategies that would make Siemax Limited presence get known to potential customers. Areas we worked on are hiring the right team to attend to clients, improve advertising methods, reach out to clients more and check on clients even without them calling first and above all creating a customer support center within the office. Siemax Limited office establishment

Siemax Limited has provided internet services in the Eastern part of Nairobi-Kenya since 2019 but the owner had one employee on board. With the rise of Covid19 in year 2020 so many people working from home the demand of internet services was on the rise and this prompted Siemax Limited to seek services to have more staff on board and improve on documentation. As an Organization Development Advisor, I was contacted by the owner of Siemax Limited to assist in enhancing an empowered workmanship and documentations that would be utilized at the office. We began with search for a reliable office location put in some office furniture then worked on the documentations which I currently update as the the organization grows. Some of the documentations I have worked on are performance evaluation forms, delivery note form, employees service contracts, job descriptions, employee job cards, employee work policy document and inventory management document. I am still working Siemax Limited in employee selection and recruitment for customer support, sales and administration. This is a project I am passionate about so outside office work at Eastern Deanery AIDS Relief Program, I am actively involved to ensure organization growth.See More

Assistant Pharmacy Manager

Eastern Deanery AIDS Relief Program-Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager to commodities selection, procurement and distribution of commodities. -Working closely with the Shaurimoyo EDARP team n case management, client retention, improvement of performance and realizing potential gaps plus working on strategies to curb the gaps. Conducting performance evaluation among the 20 staffs. -Mentoring 21 pharmaceutical technologists to provided guidance on proper client service approaches. -Continuous Quality Improvement activities across the program notably in areas of new clients on Anti retro-virals, Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision, Mother to Child health and Pre Exposure and Post Exposure Prophylaxis as well as Tuberculosis. -Implantation pharmacy activities based on Standard Operating Procedures.
