Provide coaching and support by managing complex and employee relation matters. • Talent Acquisition: Implemented applicant tracking systems iCIMS, infor, Paycom and a best of class pre-employment tool. Overhauled the interview and selection process which refines new hire decisions, resulting in a decrease in associate turnover from 70% to 37%. • Benefits: Revamped employee benefits and brokerage deliverables. resulting in enhanced benefit offerings for employees and upgrading brokerage performance. • Employee Relations: Updated the employee coaching and corrective measures to include leadership training, and the inclusion of Human Resources with the goal of educating, building, and maintaining positive relationships leading to increased job satisfaction, productivity, and retention. • Compensation: Created a formal compensation program with salary ranges and grades which correspond with employee review matrix.
