Contracts

Experienced Professional in Project Contributions

Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience. Over the past decade, I have helped a wide variety of early to mid-stage startups achieve their product goals by offering a blend of solid technical leadership and hands-on implementation skills. Particularly for the SaaS and machine learning powered products in which I specialize, whether it's architecting systems, designing micro-services, optimizing databases, or ensuring seamless integrations.

Projects

Stripe API Integration

In this project, we seamlessly integrated Stripe's powerful payment gateway into our software platform, allowing our users to securely process online payments with ease. As a Software Engineer on this initiative, my responsibilities included implementing key features such as payment processing, subscription management, and refund handling. By ensuring compliance with industry standards and focusing on a smooth user experience, we aimed to provide our users with a reliable and hassle-free payment solution.See More

ML Model for Categorizing Retail/Brand Products

In developing a machine learning model for categorizing retail and brand products, I spearheaded the construction of an Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline. Beginning with data extraction from our MySQL database, I orchestrated the creation of a new entry in a MongoDB collection, where subsequent transformations were applied. Following this, the refined data found its place in another MongoDB collection before ultimately being loaded into a Neo4j graph database to fortify our applications. Our tech arsenal featured Python, boasting essential data libraries like pandas, numpy, and regex, alongside MongoDB, Neo4j, MySQL, and a suite of AWS services including S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch.See More

Analytics Module

Crafting an analytics module for a retail tech solution necessitated the blueprinting and implementation of a robust data pipeline. Tasked with this, I orchestrated the extraction of data from a MySQL database, meticulously scrubbing and reshaping the data, while forging new relations along the way. Our journey culminated in the deposition of processed data into a PostgreSQL database. The toolkit wielded for this endeavor comprised Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and an array of AWS services.See More

Data Cleaning and Search Solution with Event-Driven Architecture

Steering a data cleaning and search solution, our objective was to harness the Google Search API to fetch results based on predefined search terms via a rule-based system. Once obtained, each result underwent scrutiny as the system traversed PDFs and webpages, extracting textual content for storage in MongoDB. This trove of data served as the bedrock for executing searches aligned with preset rules. To contend with a voluminous dataset, boasting a million CSV rows, I architected an event-driven system. This entailed S3 bucket uploads triggering AWS Lambda functions, which in turn orchestrated AWS Batch jobs spanning hundreds of EC2 instances. The resultant processed data found its way back to an S3 bucket. Our technological toolkit encompassed Python, coupled with AWS services such as Lambda, Batch, EC2, and MongoDB.See More

Zoom API Integration

With the Zoom integration, we aimed to empower our users with seamless video conferencing capabilities directly within our software platform. My role in this project involved integrating Zoom's robust video conferencing API to enable features such as scheduling meetings, embedding video conferencing functionality, and managing user permissions. By facilitating virtual meetings and collaboration sessions, we strived to enhance communication and productivity for our users.See More

Uber API Integration

The Uber integration project brought convenient transportation options directly to our software application, allowing users to book rides effortlessly. As a Software Engineer, I worked on integrating Uber's transportation services, implementing features such as ride booking, real-time tracking, and fare estimation. By leveraging Uber's API, we aimed to provide users with seamless transportation solutions and enhance their overall experience within our platform.See More

Auth0 Integration

Our goal with the Auth0 integration project was to elevate the security and user access management capabilities of our software application. Leveraging Auth0's authentication and authorization services, we implemented features like single sign-on (SSO), social login options, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). As a Software Engineer, I played a crucial role in designing and implementing these features to enhance security while simplifying user access management, ultimately improving the overall user experience.See More
