Flow optimisation: Worked with designer to refine the mobile purchase flow to address identified barriers and uncertainties. A/B experimentation: Implemented the optimised flow as an A/B test to measure the impact of changes. Dashboards: Created a dashboard to measure and evaluate the impact of the experiment. 3) Outcomes Alignment of completion rates: Observed that mobile purchase completion rates in the experiment group aligned with desktop rates.
