PreciselyLead various strategic transformation efforts to drive growth and leadership in the Data Integrity space. Selected initiatives I have led include: • SaaS Business Planning | Commercial, Operational and GTM Readiness Building an ambitious, SaaS-led growth strategy to 3x SaaS ARR in 3 years. Responsible for aligning teams and leading cross-functionally to deliver SaaS capabilities and growth. • GTM Strategy & Planning | Salesforce Effectiveness Territory Sizing & Rebalancing: Developed design principles and rebuilt territories that are segmented & sized appropriately based on # of accounts, ARR, market cap, etc. Identified levers to improve salesforce productivity and effectiveness and led working sessions across CRO leadership team. RESULTS: Implemented and supporting an 8-10% improvement in ARR / rep. • Renewals Transformation | Customer Retention & Success Partnered with Global SVP of Renewals and Customer Success to run a broad transformation program. Led efforts to improve how we inspect, predict and prevent customer churn by customer segment; Automated high-volume, low-value renewals; Realigned renewals coverage model and supported standup of customer success function). RESULTS: 10X% attainment of renewals target and implementation of new processes that are driving ongoing improvements and profitable growth across the $XXXM renewals business. • Cross-Sell Strategy Led evaluation of cross-sell opportunity across 10,000+ customers; rolled out detailed account level white-space and 'next-best' product plans for top 1,000 accounts; implemented land-and-expand strategy for new market segments and use cases; designed and implemented cross-sell sales incentives, established standard cross-sell metrics and reporting for executive management and investors.
