Hi! I'm Daniel and I'm from Seattle WA. I'm currently the Founder of The Wandering Ear an online music publication, podcast, and music discovery based out of Seattle. We talk about how music makes you feel. I can be described as " Music, Writing, and Personal stories". I've always been someone whose been interested in telling stories from a young age. Over the last 8 years as a creator, I've interviewed 100's artists, written over 80 articles, and have been featured in several publications. Started and ended several podcasts. Currently running The Wandering Ear podcast. I curate playlists and have a natural talent for finding people and helping them share what they are good at. I'm also an experienced Customer Success professional. I've worked at Uber Inc and handled over 6k individual customer interactions with a 95% CSAT score. I've also worked at companies like Amazon & Rivian.

The Wandering EarAug 2016 - Present • 8 yrs 2 mosAs founder of The Wandering Ear, I am in charge of coordinating events, and podcasts. managing emails and submissions, creating visual content and copywriting for the website and social media, and networking with other industry professionals to grow our online music publication & event series. Curated a 10 concert series show in Seattle under a year all sold-out. Over the last 5 years, Ive thrown/organized sold-out shows in NYC, Denver, Chicago, & Seattle. Interviewed over 70 artists for podcasts & articles. Expanded our shows into Vancouver. Worked with different sponsors (Daydream, City Water Seltzer, Drink Cruise, Timber City Ginger) for our event series. Produced a multiple-episode limited series podcast in less than two weeks with a minimal budget for the Belltown Bloom Seattle music festival. Had our podcast featured and live taping at Treefort Music Fest. Ive run TWE Podcast for 3 plus years and have interviewed/edited every single episode over 48 episodes. Ive ran a newsletter as well. Ive worked with brands like Soulection to curate a playlist for them. Ive worked with different music publicists over time: Gramophone Media, LPR Agency, Big Hassle Media, and several other independent music publicist.
