Las Flores Residential 2020 is San Angel’s urban renaissance located in Mexico City. It provides a contemporary approach to urban life by combining avant-garde architecture with unrivalled interiors. Boutique buildings offer exceptional amenities and spacious residential areas that balance old-world elegance with a fresh urban feeling. “Essentially urban” our reason for being. We developed a brand identity, print material, video, digital material, as well as the design of the advertising campaign. Digital Campaign / YouTube Shorts

The #2022inShort campaign aimed to celebrate the most entertaining YouTube trends of 2022 among a Gen Z audience. The core message was that YouTube Shorts is the ultimate platform to relive these trends. The campaign focused on eight popular trends: trickshots, cute pets, “My Face Is Plastic,” scary makeup, cooking, gaming, Corn Kid, and balloon pop racing. These trends were integrated into a comprehensive end-of-year campaign utilizing various formats, including online video, social media, YouTube-native media, Shorts-native media, digital out-of-home (including one in Times Square!), and banners.
