The goal of the project would be to use customer data to develop personalized recommendations that improve the customer experience and increase sales. To begin the project, I would need to gather and clean large amounts of data related to customer behavior, such as purchase history, product ratings, and browsing behavior. She would also need to gather information on product attributes, such as price, category, and brand. Next, I would use machine learning algorithms to train a recommendation model that can predict which products a customer is most likely to be interested in based on their past behavior and preferences. She might use techniques such as collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and matrix factorization to build the model.
