Outing Growth Lead

As a strategy consultant for Outing, I focused on driving growth, customer acquisition, and expansion strategy. I helped shape the company’s go-to-market approach by refining positioning, pricing models, and early traction tactics. I developed scalable user acquisition channels—including influencer partnerships, paid social, and referrals—and worked on onboarding flows to convert first-time users into repeat hosts. I designed and built Dump Map as a location-based web app to help users easily find nearby landfills, transfer stations, scrap yards, and donation centers. Built with Base44, the tool lets contractors, haulers, and everyday users explore detailed info like accepted materials, pricing, hours, and contact info—all on an interactive map UI. I led data sourcing across hundreds of Georgia-based facilities, structured it into a usable format, and brought the platform to life with a clean, mobile-friendly front end.
