Graduating from the University of Virginia in 2024 with a degree in Computer Science, I have gained valuable experience in the field of UX/UI design. As a UX/UI Analyst at Volvo Group, I led the redesign of PartsASIST, a B2B e-commerce website, and presented the importance of user experience to a large audience. My role as a Product Designer at Uni Feed involved modernizing the app design to enhance user experience. Additionally, as a UX Designer at theCourseForum, I redesigned key pages to increase user interactivity. During my internship at Anti-Trafficking International, I provided design solutions to improve website retention and user participation. These experiences have honed my skills in human-centered design, rapid prototyping, and collaboration. Facilitated weekly design meetings alongside the product owner of PartsASIST, discussing progress and further goals. Properly communicated and prioritized realistic requirements to developers, finding appropriate compromises that can be feasibly accomplished. Developed additional finalized designs for various other projects as well as exploring new templates such as Adobe Franklin. Produced and presented slide decks to a group of 50+ people twice to show the importance of user experience and human-centered design.
